Villa Thermo in Åhus, Kristianstad
Villa Thermo is a diffusion-open passive house constructed of renewable building materials. The maintenance required is absolutely minimal. The house is sited with the large glazed areas facing south to maximise the inflow of energy. Solar panels provide 60 % of the energy required for heating hot water.
The heat recovery ventilation system recovers 85 % of the energy in the outgoing air.
