Falkenberg - 54 apartments

Hertings gård in Falkenberg, FaBo

Falkenbergs Bostads AB built 54 apartments in two eight-story buildings at Hertings gård in 2008.
The project was part of the EU project Concerto Energy in Minds, where air solar heaters was used to heat the fresh air.

The buildings are ventilated by two central ventilation units. The incoming air is heated using a water-filled radiator for each individual apartment. The apartments are also fitted with water filled comfort underfloor heating in the bathroom and entrance hall.
