Hertings gård in Falkenberg, FaBo
Falkenbergs Bostads AB has built 12 apartments in apartment blocks in an area called Hertings gård. These apartments were ready for occupation in 2006. The next construction project, involving 54 apartments, has now started and will be ready for occupation in December 2008.
Hot water is supplied via a district heating centre, solar panels have been installed for production to the district heating network. The building contractor is Peterson och Hansson. Windows are supplied by Kvillsfors, and doors by SnickarPär.
